BOTOX FOR MIGRAINES
Botox has been approved for the treatment of chronic migraines. What is it? Botox is a neurotoxin that blocks signals from your nerves and paralyses your muscles. It has been studied for the treatment of migraines after patients were experiencing relief from their headache symptoms when getting Botox treatments to smooth out their wrinkles. How does the treatment work? Botox is injected in specific areas on the face, neck, and shoulders. The effects are usually noted after 2-3 weeks, and lasts about 3-4 months.
IV THERAPY FOR MIGRAINES
We offer a carefully crafted migraine IV cocktail that includes a combination of vitamins, electrolytes, antioxidants, hydrating fluids, and medication to relief migraine headaches. This combination is delivered intravenously (via an IV drip), over the course of 45-60 minutes. Our facility is designed with private rooms that include massage chairs, television, and other comforts based on each individual patient's preferences.
SPHENOPALATINE BLOCK
This procedure involves delivering a local anesthetic to a group of nerve cells located behind the nose to relieve pain. The treatment is relatively quick and minimally invasive. Results are obtained as fast as 10 minutes to 24 hours, and may last from days to weeks, depending on each patient. Injections can be repeated as often as 1-2 weeks if needed.

BOTOX FOR TMJ
Teeth grinding and/or jaw clenching can result in enlarged masseter muscles. This may lead to frequent headaches or migraines, and increased tension on the temporomadibular joint, also known as your jaw. The face also appears fuller, with a more square jaw. Botox can relax the muscles, resulting in pain relief and facial slimming in about 4-6 weeks. Results often last 6-8 months.
